Why would you need a
dedicated IP?
The primary reason for a dedicated IP is enable you to install a secure cert on
the domain – SSL.
ARIN (the agency which administer the allocation of IPs) require that all IPs
are justified, due to the fact that they are a limited resource, for this reason
you must actually need a dedicated IP or we will not assign one to your domain.
How do get a dedicated IP?
First create an account for the domain in your WHM.
Then send an email to
[email protected]
with the domain for which you would like a dedicated ip (and the server you are
on) and we will assign the IP for you.
